Think, Create, Share, Grow
Our library classroom welcomes readers and researchers throughout the day for a variety of information needs.
The Integrated Arts Library "Learning Center" serves a population of 290 students and a staff of 50+. Students may visit the Library "Learning Center" to select materials appropriate to class assignments and to support personal interests and independent learning. The Integrated Arts Academy has a collection of approximately 25,000 items, wifi access, and a growing collection of electronic tools and resources, including iPads, netbooks, mp3 players. and maker tools such as LittleBits, Squishy Circuits, EV3 Mindstorm robotics, and more.
The mission of the library is to ensure that students and staff are effective users of ideas and information. Simply put, we want to help our students: Think, Create, Share and Grow. We strive to create an inviting learning environment that inspires and honors curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. In partnership with students and staff, we recognize reading as a "window to the world," the foundation for students to become skilled in multiple literacies. We strive to ensure that students become successful lifelong learners. Come "check us out"...
